At Evolve with Ellie, we believe in providing our clients with the best possible results, and that often requires commitment and consistency. For this reason, we have a 12-week minimum commitment for our Personalised Coaching Programs. 

The 12-week minimum is designed to give you enough time to see meaningful progress and experience the benefits of Ellie’s coaching approach. It allows us to create a well-structured and progressive training plan tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and any unique requirements you may have.

During this initial period, we work closely with you to monitor your progress, make adjustments to your program as needed, and provide ongoing support and motivation to keep you on track. Our goal is to empower you to make positive, lasting changes to your health and fitness.

At the end of the 12-week period, you’ll have the option to continue with us on a month-to-month basis or explore other options. 

Ultimately, our focus is on helping you achieve your fitness goals and providing you with a positive and transformative experience. We believe that the 12-week minimum commitment sets the foundation for success, but we are dedicated to working with you beyond that if you choose to continue your fitness journey with Evolve with Ellie.

Absolutely, at Evolve with Ellie, we are committed to providing safe and effective training for all our clients, including those with pre-existing injuries. We understand the importance of addressing your specific needs and ensuring that your fitness journey is both beneficial and injury-free.

If you have a pre-existing injury, our first priority is your well-being. Before we begin any training, we highly recommend that you consult with a medical professional, such as a doctor, physiotherapist, or a specialist, to get proper clearance for exercise. Their evaluation will help us understand the nature and severity of your injury, any limitations or precautions to consider, and what types of exercises would be most suitable for your condition.

Once we have medical clearance, we can then create a personalised program tailored to accommodate your injury and help you work towards your fitness goals safely. Our programs take into account your specific condition, focusing on exercises that can aid in your recovery and promote overall fitness without exacerbating the injury.

Depending on the nature of your injury, we may include exercises to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength in the affected areas.

I am an online coach only, sorry for any disappointment but no I don’t offer any in person services. But I hold myself to being very accountable and promise to be there for your support at any time you need me via message or email.

Now depending on your goals, results and times may vary. As well all know results don’t happen overnight to see results equals in hard work and dedication over a period of time. The difference between pre set and personalised training is that when you purchase personalised training programs we are tailoring the program to meet you own specific requirements, needs and goals, whereas pre set programs are for someone who doesn’t require a fully personalised program tailored to them.
